Your companywide fax cost will plummet to pennies-per page using transaction based pricing. Our pricing model leverages economies of scale that only a large global corporation can supply.
Fax Numbers. By assigning a unique toll-free or local number, faxes can be managed by the service and capacity issues are eliminated. You have the option of transferring a pre-existing fax number, or we can register a brand new number. You will always own your fax numbers so you can transfer or port the number to another service if required in the future – other leading competitors end up owning your fax number. Faxes sent to your number will automatically be received, formatted for the delivery you have chosen. Plus, there is reporting on all fax message activity via the Internet or a report can be generated by the system and automatically sent to you.
Simplified Web Administration and Reporting. The web site allows you to add/change/delete users without having to contact customer support. You can assign cost centers for easy bill breakout and charge-backs. You can even request special fax numbers in specific locations or request toll-free numbers. The site provides for real time reporting that lets you track and search faxes by fax number or date and time stamps. Custom reports can be created and delivered at time intervals throughout the day if requested.
Privacy and Records Retention. Whether it’s HIPAA Compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley, or the Gramm-leach-Bliley Act, you can comply with privacy and record-keeping mandates of the 21st century. We turn fax processes into digital workflows that can be tracked, audited, and archived; making centralized records retention as convenient for fax as it is for email.
Access Points. There are many different types of access points supported; Email Fax, FTP Fax, SFTP Fax and API Fax. If you require secure transport, you can connect securely to our network through the Internet using Exchange Transport Layer Security or through a VPN (virtual private network). We also publish a Fax API to integrate with your existing applications to hand off your fax messages via a secure VPN.
Disaster Recovery and Security. Full disaster recovery and security, at no extra cost to your company. To ensure total security, privacy, and confidentiality, a security audit is performed annually by an outside firm which publishes the annual SAS70 Audit document. System availability provided by two fully mirrored operation centers with redundant Telco providers with different access points into the buildings.
OCR / Bar Code Routing. Documents that contain a bar code can be routed with the bar code information. The file name of the fax message can also receive the value of the Bar Code for identification. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) can be developed to read the contents of the fax and the values can be transmitted to internal applications or routed internally. As a result, workflow processes increase downstream with less errors from manual keying of data from faxes.
