RECEIVING A FAX

The service will then email the fax file to your registered email address. If you ever change your email address simply logon to user preferences and change your email address.

Print out “Getting Started on the Fax2Mail Website” to learn how to view 30 day history and change preferences.

You can test your fax number by simply following the instructions below, send an email with an attachment to your assigned fax number – you will recieve back as a fax to your email within a matter of minutes. Many people use email to fax to create a PDF file of multiple documents; you can attach a word document, excel spreadsheet and pdf file for example and then enter your fax number in the TO address line. The system will convert all the files into one PDF file. The same can be done with personal documents if you don’t have a scanner, simply fax the paper documents to your fax number and the system will email you all the pages together in one PDF file for easy electronic storage and / or forwarding on to someone in an email.

NOTE: Some junk email filters might send the first received fax to your junk folder – If it lands in your junk folder select the email and right click and select “Make Safe Sender”. Future faxes will then go directly into your email.
